Publishing Newspaper — any SNA member who agrees to publish Classified Avenue ads within their newspapers.

Selling Newspaper — any SNA member who sells ads into Classified Avenue.

An SNA member may be either or both a Publishing Newspaper and a Selling Newspaper.
